This project was a complete renovation for a local family’s beach house. The primary goal was to incorporate more storage throughout their home, with emphasis placed on more simplistic design. Our clients did not want the project to scream “beach house”, but they also wanted to include coastal whites and blues.

When we were discussing the renovation needs and desires for the kitchen, the client expressed her desire for a casual kitchen design bringing the entire family together. With limited space to work with, we decided banquette seating was the best option to maintain the flow of the room.

In the living room, we added built in cabinets to create symmetry and storage space, all while maintaining a seamless look that’s functional.
